I Have No Power in My Kitchen Outlets!

So you lost power to a particular outlet in your house That's no problem! There is a simple fix to help you get everything powered on again. Many times this is caused by to many things being plugged into an outlet causing a surge of power to overload a breaker or GFI.

Be sure to unplug anything that might have caused the outlet to go out.

Before you check the breaker box, you will want to check to make sure your outlet isn't a GFI outlet. GFI outlets are the ones that will have a reset and test button on it.

Typically, these can be found in kitchens and bathrooms. If you're experiencing power loss in one of these outlet, simply press the reset button and power should be back on to that outlet or surrounding outlets if they are connected.

If the GFI is not the issue, check the breaker box. You can find instructions on how to use the breaker box in our other blog linked below!
